The Four Horsemen

Revelation Chapter 6 Warns of Far More Death Than What People Think of Today

1 And I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seals, and I heard, as it were the noise of thunder, one of the four beasts saying, Come and see.
2 And I saw, and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow; and a crown was given unto him: and he went forth conquering, and to conquer.
3 And when he had opened the second seal, I heard the second beast say, Come and see.
4 And there went out another horse that was red: and power was given to him that sat thereon to take peace from the earth, and that they should kill one another: and there was given unto him a great sword.
5 And when he had opened the third seal, I heard the third beast say, Come and see. And I beheld, and lo a black horse; and he that sat on him had a pair of balances in his hand.
6 And I heard a voice in the midst of the four beasts say, A measure of wheat for a penny, and three measures of barley for a penny; and see thou hurt not the oil and the wine.
7 And when he had opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth beast say, Come and see.
8 And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth.

A Fourth of the Earth Will Die

According to the U.S. Census Bureau the current population of the earth is just under 7 billion people. That means 1,750,000,000 human beings will perish from war, famine and all other sources. When war breaks out in the beginning of the Tribulation it appears Gaza will be destroyed, Damascus will no longer be a city, 5/6's of the invading armies of Ezekiel 38 will be lost, God will send a fire on Magog, and among them that dwell carelessly in the isles. This appears to fall way short of the tally in Revelation chapter 6. Rest assured part of Israel shall be saved. The Roman Empire will be revived. The kings of the east will have at least 200,000,000 soldiers left to fight in Armageddon. We can eliminate casualties for some but not all regions of the world. Those who are left will be given to a world of great trouble.

Salvation is What Matters the Most

This is the same thing you'll find on some of the other pages. It is what matters the most. Whether you avoid all the horrors what matters is that you spend eternity in heaven. It profits you nothing to gain the whole world but lose your own soul. While you may be safe or you may get killed, without Jesus nothing else matters. What matters is that you spend eternity with God. God has a son. His name is Jesus. God sent his son to die on a cross and become the ultimate sacrifice. He paid the entire price for our sins on the cross. There is nothing we can do ourselves. We are unworthy. Jesus rose the third day to become the first of the resurrection and prove he is Lord. What really matters in life is whether you accept Jesus as Lord. Life is a test and the only answer is Jesus. Without Jesus it does not matter whether you die in tumult, escape tragedy or live a total life of luxury somewhere else. What matters is that you spend eternal life in heaven. Without Jesus, you will live in hell after you die. Instead, you can call upon the Lord to save you. Salvation is so simple to attain that most people don't want to accept it. It is based on faith. Jesus does all the work. If you want to be saved and have eternal life read about salvation.
